What I ate Wednesday #2

I love participating in What I Ate Wednesdays. They are so fun and a great way to interact with the community of food bloggers and see what everyone has been eating! Lately I’ve found that I’ve been (not purposely) eating raw all day.

WIAWbuttonI usually have oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch, and something along the lines of salad, quinoa sweet potato fries, and veggies for dinner. But the other day I realized that for the past 3 days I had eaten completely raw! Now that I think about it, that’s not a huge deal considering the only cooked foods in my diet are oatmeal, quinoa and sweet potato fries, but still.

Anywho, I don’t follow a strict diet or anything, but now I guess I am falling under the category of ‘Raw Till Four’ where you don’t eat cooked foods until dinner time. Here is what I had to eat yesterday:

Breakfast: Green Smoothie

2 frozen bananas, a huge handful of spinach, all natural peanut butter, wheatgrass powder, noni powder, spirulina powder.

Lunch: Huge Fruit Platter

Mangoes, Macintosh apples, blueberries, strawberries, orange, kiwi, raspberries.


Dinner: Mix n Match

Spinach salad, quinoa,broccoli, and sweet potato fries.
