A few months back when I was first learning about veganism and plant based diets, I decided to watch a bunch of documentaries. If you are thinking about switching your lifestyle or incorporating different foods into your life, I HIGHLY recommend you watch this short video.
After watching the 5 documentaries, I couldn’t help but wish everyone would be able to see the things I had just learned. But I know everyone doesn’t have time to watch hours on hours of documentaries.
