  3. 2 tbsp. almond milk
  4. 1 tsp. chia seeds
  5. 1 tsp. hemp hearts
  6. 2 tsp. peanut butter
  7. 1/2 mashed banana
toppings/fillings
  1. cashews
  2. strawberries
  3. blueberries
  4. banana slices
  5. cherries
Instructions
  1. Begin with getting out 1 bowl and adding 1/2 cup of oats into it. This will be your chocolate layer. Add in 1 tsp. coconut sugar, 1 tsp. chia seeds, 1 tsp. hemp hearts, 1.5 tsp. carob powder, and 2 tbsp. of almond milk. (or more if you like it more liquid)
  2. Mix ingredients together well and pour them into your jar.
  3. You can layer the insides with cashews, strawberries, thin banana slices, and blueberries.
  4. Next you can start making your peanut butter layer. Measure out 1/2 cup of oats into your bowl and add 1 tsp. coconut sugar, 1 tsp. of chia seeds, 1 tsp. hemp hearts, 2 tsp. of peanut butter, half a mashed banana, and 2 tbsp. or more of almond milk.
  5. Mix the ingredients together well, then scoop them on top of your chocolate and fruit layers.
  6. Seal it with a lid and store in the fridge overnight. By the time morning comes, the almond milk and chia seeds will have worked with the oats nicely to create a creamy delicious oat texture.
Notes
  1. Yes, these are raw. You do not need to cook the oats prior to making this. Simply just measuring out your oats, add almond milk, and store in the fridge and let time do the work.
