Hey there and welcome to Mindfully Bliss.

Mindfully Bliss is about:

  • inspiration
  • being happy and healthy, on both the outside and the inside.

My goals are to educate people about veganism and plant based living. Being vegan is not just a diet – it effects the entire planet and ecosystem. It’s super fun, healthy, and gives you a better conscience. And ecological footprint. When I first went vegan, I had not idea what it even was, not to mention what they ate or how they got their protein. So now that is why I’m here. To help YOU and show you that vegan living is easy, nutritious, cheap fun, and simple 🙂

When I’m not blogging, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, taking photos, and writing. I think that’s why I’m so in love with blogging; because it allows me to incorporate all three passions into one.
