Hey there and welcome to Mindfully Bliss.

Mindfully Bliss is about:

My goals are to educate people about vegan and plant based living. Being vegan is not just about diet – it effects the entire planet and ecosystem. It’s super fun, healthy, and gives you a better conscious. And ecological footprint. When I first went vegan, I had not idea what it even was, not to mention what they ate or how they got their protein. So now that is why I’m here. To help YOU and show you that vegan living is easy, nutritious, cheap fun, and simple 🙂

My intentions are not to shame certain eating habits, but rather to help raise awareness and educate others about the benefits of eating a plant based diet for the humans, the animals, and the planet.

When I’m not blogging, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, taking photos, and writing. I think that’s why I’m so in love with blogging; because it allows me to incorporate all three passions into one thing.
